In order to receive payments from PTC sites you will have to register/signup at E-commerce site like PayPal or Payza. registering/signingup at E-commerce site is free but they do charge some fees for money transfer. I personally recommend Paypal as it is accepted globally and never had any issues in transferring money
Note: Following is the procedure for Indian citizens only if you belong to foreign country Google it your self. If you don't have PAN card don't worry create a Payza account but remember you will need PAN card for withdrawing money to your bank a/c.

2.Click on the ‘Sign-up now’ button
3.Select the account type you’d like to have (Personal Pro is a great place to start as Personal Starter will only allow you to receive $400 per month and $2000 over the lifetime of your account)
4.Proceed through the signup steps and be sure to provide valid information to complete the process. It is best to use an email address the public does not have access to as it will minimize the chances of your account being hacked. Your password should be strong but easy for you to remember.
5.A confirmation link will be sent to your email address. You will need to click on the link or copy and paste it to your browser to confirm your account.
